Do you accept returns?

Yes we do, but it would be best to request a free sample before purchasing, as not to incur unnecessary return postage charges. Please contact us before returning any orders. Cut or used fabric will not be eligible for return. Please ensure returns are made within 14 days of delivery. 

How is the fabric cut?

Example - If you order 6 quantity, it will be sent in one 6m piece 

We send the fabric in the length you request. If for any reason this is not possible we will contact you first. 

Can I get a sample?

We know it is hard to decide on the right fabric for you. We offer up to 5 free samples. Please add ‘sample’ from the product page.
