We would recommend using a tracked service when returning items.

We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once approved, refunds are often processed immediately. However please note it can take up to 5 working days for it appear in your account.

We always recommend ordering samples before purchasing in bulk to ensure the fabric is right for your project.

Simply contact us with the names or product codes of the fabrics you’d like samples of, and we’ll arrange them for you.

Yes, all of our fabrics are sold by the metre.

We always endeavor to send fabrics in one continuous length. However, for larger orders, this isn’t always possible and may be sent in multiple pieces.

We do our best to display fabric colours as accurately as possible. However, please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
